Maintaining Healthy Relationships
The
objective of Halo-Orangees book is to take the most difficult
on-the-job conflicts and use them as a platform to show others that
they shouldn’t let anyone disable their growth by ‘confining them
to a box’.

Exercising
good moral character should be the main objective for all employers
and employees. Today’s workplace is not always easy to settle into.
However, when you adopt good ethical standards, you will always rise
above the unethical actions of others. Life is full of experiences:
happy, sad, good, and bad. The goal is to deal with each experience
in a positive manner. It’s just a part of the journey called life.
The key to mastering the unjust actions of others is remaining true
to your moral character. You should connect to something or someone
important in your life. However, the first connection should be to
yourself. In order to form positive relations with others, a positive
relationship with yourself must be achieved.
A
rock-solid foundation of inter-organizational empowerment should be a
permanent highlight in all companies. Management must possess the
core skills necessary to empower their team members. A chain of
continuous empowerment should be a universal component of every
organization. Shared learning tools are a central element of
performance achievements. Self-empowerment starts within each
individual person. A person must first actualize self-empowerment in
order to succeed in the workplace. Fair and equitable treatment of
all members of an organization can only enhance the morale of the
team and work environment. Employees who have the full support of
their management team are empowered to go above and beyond for the
organization. These team members take a proactive approach to their
daily operations and seek out possible solutions for potential issues
that may escalate.
